SUNRISE SPRINGS

 

Q: How do we get there?
A: Albuquerque Airport (ABQ)
serves northern New Mexico, including Santa Fe. All major
car rental companies operate out of Albuquerque Airport. The Sandia Shuttle runs several times a day between Albuquerque Airport and Santa Fe and will take you directly to Sunrise Springs. A 24-hour advance reservation is required. A light rail system between Albuquerque and Santa Fe, the New Mexico Rail Runner Express opened in the winter of 2008. Sunrise Springs, located in the region of the Rio Grande Basin and La Cienega Valley, is 50 miles north of Albuquerque and 15 miles south of Santa Fe just off Interstate 25. Q: Do we need a car?
A: No. If you do not wish to rent a car, you can make a 24-hour advance
reservation with the Sandia Shuttle from Albuquerque or take the New Mexico Rail Runner Express.

 

Q: What kind of clothes do we need?
A: Casual clothes are appropriate. Additionally, bring a swimsuit if you’d like to swim or visit the sauna or hot tubs. Walking shoes will be useful for moving from your accommodation to the meeting room and exploring the grounds. A fitness room is available to all guests.


Q: Are TVs, telephones, and Internet service available?
A: There are telephones in all rooms as well as cable television and high
speed Internet access.
